What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
We monitor your flight in real-time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, early, or rescheduled, your chauffeur will automatically adjust your pickup time. There are absolutely no extra fees for flight delays. If your flight is canceled, please contact us immediately to reschedule your transfer.
Where exactly do I meet my driver at the airport?
Once you clear customs and collect your baggage, walk into the main arrivals terminal hall. Your Everyday Tours in Italy driver will be standing right there, prominently holding a sign with your name and our company logo.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All of our quotes are flat, fixed prices per vehicle, not per person. The price includes all passengers (up to the vehicle’s maximum capacity), luggage, highway tolls, airport parking fees, and taxes.
Can we customize a tour that is not listed on your website?

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation and a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer or tour. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
